PAYMENT AND RESERVATION TERMS
Payment and Reservation Terms
Refundable deposit if everything is in order: €500.
Free cancellation available within one week of booking (EXCEPT FOR LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS, THEN THE DEADLINE IS 48 HOURS). Last-minute booking – two weeks before arrival.
On the last day of stay, guests must leave the accommodation by 9:00 AM so other guests can check in from 4:00 PM.
Note: Pets are not allowed on the property.

Send an Inquiry
Please send us an inquiry via the contact form, email, or phone with all the necessary information and your preferred vacation period. Expect a quick response and our best offer.
2.
Reservation Confirmation (Payment)
To confirm your booking, a 30% advance payment is required, and the remaining amount upon arrival. After completing the payment, please notify us, and we’ll send you a booking and payment confirmation. There are two advance payment options: bank transfer or PayPal (debit and credit cards).
3.
Payment Confirmation
Once payment is completed, we will confirm your reservation. Relax and look forward to your summer vacation at Villa Luxury Ulika, Istria – Croatia!
